Ethics for the Legal Professional

The paralegal has become an integral part of the legal team and has taken on many responsibilities that were formerly the attorney's. This course covers the set of ethical standards and rules that have grown up with the profession. Participants will learn day-to-day application of these important standards and rules.

Course Format

This is an entirely online asynchronous web-based course that is to be completed between the published course start and end dates. Although there are no required course meetings to attend, this course does have specific assignment due dates and deadlines.
UCSD Extended Studies operates in Pacific Standard Time and therefore all course deadlines are held to Pacific Standard Time (PST).
