Topics include at-will employment and wrongful discharge; discrimination, harassment, and retaliation; ADA; employee rights and intellectual property; wage and hour benefits; occupational health, safety, and workers’ compensation; reductions-in-force; alternative dispute resolution; labor relations; and corrective action and terminations.
