Designing Exceptional Organizational Cultures takes students through how to define and create an award-winning and high-performing organizational culture that not only achieves and exceeds business outcomes, but one in which employees are motivated and engaged to bring their discretionary effort to work each and every day.
This course is designed for Business Leaders and HR Leaders at all levels who understand that exceptional organizational culture doesn’t happen by accident. They are designed and cultivated and constantly attended to.

Learning Outcomes:
At the end of the course, students will have a deep understanding of the elements that go into designing an exceptional organizational culture where employees can thrive. Students will be able to effectively assess each element within their current or future organizations and to perform a gap analysis between current and desired state. They will then be able to implement solutions to create strong leadership and organizational cultures.
