Singer, Jennifer, ESL Instructor at ELI and teaching English for over 20 years.
Jennifer Singer is an instructor at UC San Diego’s English Language Institute and a teacher trainer for Cambridge English Language Assessment for the Certificate of Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CELTA). From 2003 to 2009, she worked at International House, San Diego, and during her time there became both the CELTA coordinator and director of studies. Singer also works for IELTS USA and helps produce teaching materials for IELTS (International English Language Testing System). One of her early teaching experiences was in Osaka, Japan, where she was a member of the Sayama High School teaching staff.
