Janice Rougas has more than 17 years progressive experience as an HR professional. Over her career, she has provided strategic HR management at small to mid-sized companies in San Diego. Her diverse industry experience includes biotech, environmental services and high-tech R&D. Rougas has expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, affirmative action, compensation and benefits, performance management and workers’ compensation. She received both her bachelor’s degree and her MBA from San Diego State University. Rougas is also a certified SPHR and SHRM-SCP.
