Throughout her career, Dr. Moncada has held executive roles in organizations spanning nonprofit, transportation, logistics, and manufacturing sectors. Currently, she serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Father Joe’s Villages in San Diego, where she spearheads initiatives that transform workforce strategies, foster employee engagement, and drive organizational success. Her expertise encompasses talent development, employee relations, compliance, compensation, and strategic leadership. With an academic foundation that includes a Bachelor's in Business Management, an MBA in HR Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Doctorate in Business Administration & International Business, Dr. Moncada seamlessly combines academic excellence with real-world application.
