Ray Mitchell is the founder and CEO of Otairo.ai, launched in 2025 to deliver cutting-edge generative AI solutions that help businesses transform their operations. Prior to Otairo, he spent three years leading Topcoder and held senior roles at Accenture and Fairway Technologies, where he drove cloud-based solution delivery in C/C++, C#, and Java across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Ray is passionate about collaborating closely with customers to craft solutions that offer exceptional user experiences and scale seamlessly. Since 2006, he has shared his expertise as an instructor at UC San Diego Extended Studies, teaching courses in software development, algorithms, and cloud technologies.
