Enterprise Thought Leader with mastery in talent development, organizational development and talent acquisition. Received numerous awards and industry recognition for major accomplishments and results in the field of learning including leading two training organizations to Training Top 100 status (2003, 2006), received numerous Awards for stellar learning contributions, and well published on learning related topics. 

Michael McGinnis is noted for his personal nature, engaging facilitation style and passion for personal growth, which is the topic of his recently published book, "Discovering Michael: An Inspirational Guide to Personal Growth and Self-Discovery." He has traveled and volunteered extensively domestically and internationally in capacities including Camp Good Day's & Special Times - Children's Oncology Camp, Hospice Care, Emergency Medical Technician on Volunteer Ambulance, International Volunteer, The Honor Foundation, and more.

McGinnis holds an MBA from Clarkson University, Potsdam, New York, and a BS in business management/computer science from SUNY-Binghamton. Among his many certifications are Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma and Advanced Organizational Development. He is a passionate international and domestic volunteer, acting as an EMT and counselor for camps supporting hospice care and children’s oncology.
