Elias Issa is a professional in the field of Geographic Information Science, currently based in San Diego, California. With a Master's (M.S) and Bachelor's degree in GIS from San Diego State University, Elias has honed his expertise in spatial analysis, data management, and programming. His career journey includes roles as an Adjunct Professor at Palomar College since 2017, where he teaches GIS application and programming, internet mapping, and geodatabase management. He earned the part-time Distinguished Faculty Award for the 2023-2024 school year. Elias also serves as a Cartographer at NAVFAC Southwest, skillfully managing cartographic support and GIS databases for Cadastral, Real Estate.
