Bio

Zach Herman brings over 20 years of experience in portfolio management and a decade of leadership expertise. As the Director of IT Portfolio Management at UC San Diego Health, he combines a strong technical background with a passion for leadership coaching, process improvement, and implementation best practices.

Dedicated to developing emerging leaders, Zach provides coaching that helps them navigate their new responsibilities while effectively managing and mentoring their teams. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, along with industry-recognized credentials, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) certification, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB).
