Jennifer Henry

Bio

Jennifer N. Henry is an attorney and currently serves as Labor Relations Advocate at the University of California, San Diego, where she helps campus leaders navigate collective bargaining, contract interpretation, and conflict resolution. She works closely with managers and supervisors on employee relations matters such as discipline, grievances, and compliance with labor agreements, ensuring fair and consistent practices across the university. Before joining UC San Diego, Jennifer practiced labor and employment law in the private sector and served as a federal district court law clerk. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. With a background that bridges law and human resources, Jennifer takes a practical, collaborative approach to problem-solving and provides training that supports effective management in a unionized environment.
