Joely Gardner

Bio

Joely Gardner has a doctorate in management psychology/research. She has taught at Boston University and has had many years of experience with adult learners and enjoys the reality-based focus they demand. Gardner consults with organizations such as Hewlett Packard, Chase Manhattan Bank and Gateway Computers to help them understand their customers and proactively create WOW customer experiences.
