Bio

Cari Elofson brings over 25 years of experience in workplace safety, with a passion for helping people learn, grow, and lead in the safety profession. She’s spent her career creating effective training programs, building strong mentorships, and supporting organizations in building a safety culture that values teamwork, relationships, and compliance.

Most recently, Cari led a branch of the OSHA Training Institute Education Centers where she worked closely with colleges, industry experts, government agencies, and community organizations to expand access to safety education. Whether she’s designing a new training program or teaching in the classroom, Cari’s focus is always on making safety practical, engaging, and empowering.

She’s an authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer in general industry, construction, and disaster preparedness—and she especially enjoys sharing her knowledge with students and new safety professionals.

Cari is all about connecting people, sharing knowledge, and helping others succeed in the safety field.
