Joaquin Diaz is the regional safety manager for Dick Pacific in Hawaii. He has 11 years experience in safety, eight of which were in construction. Diaz has worked as a private consultant and served in many capacities in the construction industry in Hawaii and with HIOSH. He currently is serving as safety liaison to the Legislative Committee for GCA, working to influence laws pertaining to workers compensation.
