Mary de Lepe is an Instructional Designer and medical education specialist with over 20 years of experience. She holds a Master’s in Learning Design and Technology from San Diego State University and focuses on creating innovative, technology-enhanced learning experiences. Her expertise includes eLearning, AR/VR, and immersive media, with a commitment to learner-centered, competency-based education. With a B.S. in Film Production, she has a particular passion for purposeful utilization of multimedia and interactivity to provide opportunities for learner practice and apply critical thinking.
