Nicole Cooney has thirteen years of Healthcare Finance, Expense Management, and Financial Education experience. She began her healthcare career as a management consultant and has worked across the United States in various hospital settings: acute care, critical access, teaching, and non-teaching. She is currently working as a Senior Manager in Clinical Business Operations at a district health system in Southern California and has been in her position for ten years. Her prior roles in the industry were as an analyst and associate at Huron Consulting Group first as a labor consultant and then as a generalist working on projects for labor and non-labor expense management as well as revenue enhancement strategies.Quote
