Chloe brings over a decade of experience spanning education, workforce development, and career guidance to this course. As a consultant, Chloe integrates career development best practices into her work with education and community partners. She also creates and leads professional development for San Diego's K-12 educators, higher education faculty, and youth career counselors, drawing on her background teaching at Title 1 elementary and middle schools. Leveraging expertise in labor market research, Chloe illuminates current hiring trends and future outlooks in ways highly relevant to schools, colleges, and the San Diego community at large.
