Bio

Lauren Bloodworth is the Director of Operations for the Business Real Estate Group at Kimball, Tirey & St. John LLP, where she manages the administration and operations for a team of 50+ employees across four offices statewide. With over 20 years in legal management, Lauren has a deep understanding of what legal employers look for in top talent. Her career has focused on the full lifecycle of legal professionals, from recruiting and onboarding to long-term professional development and performance coaching for paralegals and support staff.

Lauren is also an active member of the San Diego Chapter, Association of Legal Administrators, where she is a past president, and now serves as Business Partner Relations Chair and Co-Chair of Couture for a Cause, an annual fundraising event that brings the legal community together to support youth-focused nonprofits across San Diego. Lauren holds a Human Resources Certificate from UC San Diego Extended Studies and a B.A. from San Diego State University, with a double major in Political Science and Philosophy. She is deeply passionate about mentoring and helping others reach their professional goals.
