Dr. Marlith Austin has a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, an MBA in Marketing, a B.A. in Psychology, and an A.A. in Management Studies.Dr. Austin brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, leadership, coaching, and professional development, working with Fortune 500 companies, higher education institutions, government agencies, and non-profit organizations. Alongside her extensive marketing and leadership experience across diverse industries and a strong academic foundation, she has served as CEO of both a marketing firm and a fitness franchise. She is also adept at training business leaders and teams and supporting transitioning service members and their families to become effective leaders, make informed decisions, and achieve impactful results.
