Todd Owen is an English as a Second Language Instructor at UC San Diego's English Language Institute and instructor trainer with the UC San Diego Extension Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) Certification Program. He has a broad range of experience and knowledge teaching all subjects and levels of ESL in the course areas of grammar, reading, writing, listening, speaking, pronunciation, test preparation, business and vocabulary.
