Lee Miles Bradford, M.S. has over 18 years of experience preparing and managing the preparation of environmental documents under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). As a principal environmental scientist/planner at Arcadis, US. Inc, she provides project management and technical expertise to permitting and planning projects throughout the United States. Miles Bradford prepares technical sections for CEQA and NEPA documents and oversees the preparation of such documents including initial studies, mitigated negative declarations, environmental assessments and environmental impact reports. As a terrestrial biologist and certified planner, she brings a holistic approach to the preparation of CEQA documents.

Miles Bradford also has extensive experience navigating the regulatory permitting process in California and understands the need to incorporate the CEQA process and the permitting process early to ensure consistent project description and identification of impacts.
