Vinyasa Yoga: is a rhythmic practice that energizes the body while simultaneously quieting the mind. We will use an intentional breathing pattern to compliment the movement between and into each pose. Benefits include calming the nervous system, tension release and mental clarity. All levels are welcome, intermediate options available.
Vinyasa Yoga: Wednesdays from 12:00 P.M. to 1:15 P.M.
Yang Yin Yoga: aims to balance our active and restorative energies. We begin class by easing into the body with deep breathing and gentle movement, then build to add in longer holds and deeper postures. Slowly, we wind down with passive stretches and sustained holds which are great for joint health, circulation and mental awareness. This class is an all -in -one.
Yang Yin Yoga: Thursdays from 5:30 P.M. to 6:45 P.M.
