The course provides participants with practical skills and solutions for leading IT departments and providing efficient and high quality IT services. It addresses day-to-day operations, long term planning, technology selection and adoption, and customer service. The course provides a holistic view into critical topics including the an overview of emerging technologies, IT operations, budgeting, staff and vendor management, IT metrics, IT governance, and IT strategic planning. The course draws on various fields including technology, business, management, finance, and project management To provide a practical and well-rounded educational experience.
