This weeklong service learning and conservation trip features a variety of eco-adventures including snorkeling or diving with Costa Rica's marine life, land-based tours through a vibrant tropical rainforest and waterfalls, and a wildlife-watching boat trip. The itinerary includes six snorkels to conduct REEF marine life surveys, and multiple land tours throughout the diverse Guanacaste region to document terrestrial tropical biodiversity. The program features several unique Costa Rican explorations, such as an authentic in-home tortilla making lesson, guided hikes, canopy zip line tour, and exploring volcanic hot springs.
