This workshop is targeted to new paralegals and attorneys seeking to understand the intricacies of USPTO forms and procedures. Participants will acquire basic skills to better assist patent attorneys with their daily workflow. Topics will include docketing, timelines, deadlines, filing procedures, USPTO correspondence, and form completion. Checklists will be provided to help the students assure that critical components are not missed.
