This seminar course introduces you to the Microsoft Project scheduling tool. There will be discussion on project management best practices; however, the emphasis of this course is how to best utilize and apply MS Project. You will learn how to use the software to plan, schedule, assign project resources and costs, and employ MS Project to manage and control resources. During this course, you will follow a hands-on instructor led demo.
You will need access to the software to successfully complete this course. A complementary copy of Microsoft Project 2019 is provided for students to download and install. Please note, that Microsoft Project software is not compatible with Apple OS products.
Due to the advanced nature of this course, you must have successfully completed a project management foundational course such as Project Management Essentisl or Boot Camp prior to enrollment.
