MATH SOLUTIONS-IMPLEMENTING THE KINDERGARTEN COMMON CORE STANDARDS

This course is designed for teachers who want to understand and implement the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics, including both content and practice standards, at the kindergarten level. By the end of this course, teachers will fully understand the scope of the Common Core Standards and have an in-depth knowledge of the specific standards as well as strategies and activities specific to supporting the standards at the kindergarten level. Teachers will also have gained valuable recommended resources that coincide with and will support implementation of the standards in the classroom. Teachers will be prepared to immediately begin to teaching to the new standards and preparing students for assessment.
