Effective Medical Documentation requires an understanding of the basic principles and formats of medical charts. Learn the several charting formats including Narrative, Problem Oriented, ADIME and computerized charting. This course will review documenting and charting as well as vocabulary used in the Lactation practice. Included will also be a review of important components of the Lactation Consultant process, as well as charting practice from case scenarios.
Other Credits: BRN/RD: 2 hours CE credit. BRN does not award partial credits
Note: This course is approved by IBLCE to meet the CE requirement for the Exam. Transcripts are not available for this course. Students will receive a letter of completion once they have successfully completed the course.
