This 6-week program will introduce mindfulness, explain why it is a critical 21st Century skill, and will offer many different ways to practice and integrate mindfulness into their lives. It includes:
Guided instruction in various mindfulness practices, which includes meditation, body scan, mindful communication, and mindful movement practice; Individually tailored instruction and group dialogue; Discussion of applications in personal and business relationships; The latest scientific research; Creating and sustaining one’s own practice; Daily home practice assignments; Guided audio files and workbook to support home practice.
