The craft brewer combines the connoisseurship of the gourmet, the scientific, technical and business sophistication of the tech entrepreneur, and the awareness of the value of a local, sustainable community. Focus on the development of a distinctly refined beer palate, and apply the skills and knowledge learned in basic sensory training to the matching of food and beer. Course focuses on sensory development rather than the analysis of the brewing process.
