Coral Survey Science II

This is the fourth course in the Maldives Blue Prosperity Training Program.  This course will familiarize students with the fundamentals of proper data management, processing, manipulation, analysis, and visualization, and demonstrate how to practically apply these skills to data commonly collected as part of coral reef surveys. The lessons will focus heavily on the practical application of the topics covered, and students will participate in practical exercises focused on analyzing and visualizing macroinvertebrate, benthic cover, and fish survey data.

The course is intended for scientists with some experience in underwater survey methods and basic data analysis.
