Richard A. Paul, J.D., lead instructor for the Employment Law course, is a member of Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich, a Professional Corporation. He has been chair and is currently a member of the firm's Employment and Labor Law Division. He is a member of the California Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the San Diego County Bar Association, and other professional associations, and is an Arbitrator, National Panel, American Arbitration Association. He has published numerous articles in the employment law area and has taught extensively.
