Kathy Rubio teaches Spanish language and culture classes. She holds an M.A. in Teaching French, Spanish, and TESOL from the University of Southern Mississippi and a B.A. in French and Spanish from Eckerd College in Florida. Kathy has been teaching languages and leading international programs for over fifteen years.
