Explore the science and sensory behind general aroma and flavor attributes. This course will provide an in-depth guide to the normal and abnormal flavor found in beer as well as everyday food and beverages. Join us for a technical, chemistry-based lesson in taste and smell that will change the way you talk about eating and drinking. Always on the course menu: the good, the bad, and the interesting!

Note: Recommended prerequisite: Sensory Evaluation and Beer Styles (BREW-40005) or previous sensory training.
