In EDUC 31707, candidates create an Individualized Learning Plan (ILP) to guide professional growth throughout the duration of the Induction Program. As a living document, the ILP is developed and refined over the course of the Induction program based on reflective teaching practice aligned to the California Standards for the Teaching Profession (CSTPs); guidance from mentors and instructors; and feedback from peers within the program and at the school site. Candidates will focus on the ILP goals aligned to the CSTPs to support outcomes to practice and refine teaching practices. Prerequisite EDUC 30787 Introduction to Induction.

The corresponding Induction Mentor course is: Mentor Individualized Learning Plan (ILP) . Induction Mentors are required to enroll into this corresponding mentor course with the same dates as their Induction Candidate. Candidate/Mentor Program Structure
