The Induction Mentor Individualized Learning Plan (ILP) course provides mentors with opportunities to guide and assist candidates as they create an ILP that will work to guide and document professional growth throughout the duration of the Induction Program. Through self-assessment, reflection and mentor observation, mentors will support candidates as they develop their ILP. The ILP will guide their Induction experience for the duration of their experience in the program and will help them formulate specific professional goals based on their individual teaching assignments, interests and needs. The course will also include Mentoring/Coaching Professional Development, and Professional Readings.

Note: This course is offered at no charge to Induction Mentors.

Duration: 6 Weeks

The corresponding Induction Candidate course is: Individualized Learning Plan (ILP). Induction Candidates are required to enroll into this corresponding candidate course with the same dates as their Induction Mentor. Candidate/Mentor Course Structure
