Typography, layout, composition, content design, storytelling
This course builds on the foundational work in Design I and applies design principles utilizing content, audience, and context through the design process of; research, conceptualizing, development, and production. Projects incorporate multiple contexts; screen and print, audiences (young/old), format (poster/card). Use of modular division of space, simple grids. Use of color.

Note: Fulfills 3 units towards requirements for the Communication Design Certificate program. Required course for the Communication Design Certificate.
