Presenter Biography
Peter Pupping, M.A. holds Bachelor’s
and Master’s degrees in Music from San Diego
State University, where he studied under Celin
Romero, a distinguished member of the renowned
Romero guitar family. With a lifelong dedication
to music education, performance and recording,
Pupping has delved into a diverse array of genres,
including classical, jazz, rock, pop and world
music. Over the past two decades, he has been
instrumental as the director and founder of the
Encinitas Guitar Orchestra.
