Speaker Bio
Presenter: After more than 18 years of service
as a federal magistrate in San Diego, Judge Leo
Papas left the bench and joined the alternative
dispute resolution firm Judicate West in order
to pursue his passion for mediation. During his
tenure on the bench, he was responsible for case
management and mediation in thousands of
cases, ranging from simple disputes to complex
matters with national implications.
