Dr. Beth Karlin is a behavioral scientist and founder of See Change Institute, where she leads research that advances environmental and sustainability initiatives. Her work spans community energy programs, smart home technology adoption, climate-related behavior change, and the social science of sustainability. A past president of APA’s Environmental Psychology division and a U.S. expert for the International Energy Agency’s behavior change task force, she has published widely and advised national and international efforts focused on environmental health, energy, and climate action.
