The Introduction to Induction provides candidates admitted to the Induction program with an overview of the entire program, including its scope, goals, expectations, requirements, standards, competencies, observations, field experiences, and Individualized Learning Plan expectations. Participants must be formally admitted to the Induction program prior to registering for this course.

Note: 

Induction Candidates (and their Site-Based Mentor) must be approved in the Induction program before enrolling. Candidates enroll into the respective Candidate course section with the same instructor and start and end dates as their Site-based Mentor’s course. The corresponding Induction Mentor course is Overview for Site-Based Induction Mentor. Please review the Induction Candidate and Mentor Course Alignment for the full list of courses.
